Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully before using our digital product ("Nexus [Premium]"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use and purchase of the Program. By purchasing and using the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Program.
// 1.0 LICENSE GRANT & HARDWARE VERIFICATION
1.1 Grant of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program for your personal or internal business purposes.
1.2 Single License per PC: Each license is only valid for use on a single personal computer ("PC") unless explicitly permitted otherwise. You may not share, transfer, or sublicense your license to any other party.
1.3 Hardware Information and Licensing: In order to ensure security and proper licensing, by purchasing the Program, you authorize us to log and collect your Hardware ID (HWID) and system hardware information. This information will be used solely for the purpose of verifying the legitimacy of your license and ensuring compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
1.4 Hardware Upgrade or Device Switch: You may upgrade your hardware or permanently switch to a new device while retaining your license to the Program. However, you must notify us of such changes to update your licensing information. You will NOT be eligible for a HWID Reset if you have cancelled your subscription.
1.5 HWID Spoofers: The use of HWID spoofing software or any other means to alter or manipulate your Hardware ID (HWID) is strictly prohibited. The Program relies on HWID for authentication and security purposes. Any attempt to use HWID spoofers or similar tools to deceive or circumvent this authentication process will be considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your license, without refund or recourse.
// 2.0 OWNERSHIP & PROHIBITIONS
2.1 Ownership: The Program, including all associated intellectual property rights, remains the sole property of the Program's owners or licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership or proprietary rights to you.
2.2 Restrictions: You shall not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Program. Any unauthorized use of the Program may result in the termination of your license and may be subject to legal action.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH EXECUTION. BY CLICKING "I AGREE", ACTIVATING A LICENSE KEY, OR EXECUTING THE PLAYBOOK, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
// 1. LICENSE GRANT & ACTIVATION
System License: Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of the applicable license fee, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute this Playbook on the specific number of personal computers permitted by your purchased license tier.
Hardware ID (HWID) Binding: You acknowledge and agree that your license key will be bound to your system's unique hardware signature (HWID) upon first activation. Transfer of the license key to a new HWID is subject to the terms and limitations of your license tier and may require administrative authorization.
Online Verification: The software requires an active internet connection to contact licensing servers to validate authorization and retrieve optimization payloads. Any attempt to spoof, intercept, bypass, or block this authentication request will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your license key without refund.
// 2. OPERATING SYSTEM MODIFICATION & RISKS
Deep System Adjustments: You explicitly acknowledge that this Playbook makes deep, structural, and permanent modifications to the Microsoft Windows operating system. These adjustments include, but are not limited to, disabling telemetry endpoints, stopping system services, modifying registry keys, and uninstalling AppX/system packages.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all critical data, documents, and system configurations are fully backed up before executing the Playbook.
Third-Party Compatibility: Due to the proprietary and frequently updated nature of third-party software, applications, anti-cheat systems, and hardware drivers, the Licensor cannot guarantee that all third-party systems will function as intended after system debloating.
// 3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, LICENSORS, OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, SYSTEM INSTABILITY, DATA LOSS, COMPONENT FAILURE, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
// 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH, SYSTEM INSTABILITY, DATA CORRUPTION, OR THE LOSS OF SYSTEM ACCESS RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
// 5. PROHIBITED USES & RESTRICTIONS
You agree NOT to, and will not permit others to:
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decrypt the executable binary.
- Intercept, sniff, log, or record HTTP/HTTPS traffic between the client application and authentication servers.
- Distribute, rent, lease, sub-license, host, or commercially exploit the license keys provided under this agreement.
- Modify the software binary to bypass hardware verification or license-check gates.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate termination of the license, blocking of your HWID from our servers, and potential legal action.
