REFUND POLICY.

// 1.0 NEXUS TOOL REFUND CLAUSES

The Nexus Tool is delivered digitally as downloadable software. To protect our licensing infrastructure and intellectual property, the following refund rules apply:

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital purchases, all sales of the Program are final. Once the application is activated with the license key, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
  • License Revocation: In the event that you attempt to obtain a refund through PayPal or any other payment service, your license to the Program will be revoked. You will no longer be entitled to use the Program, and we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action to protect our rights.

// 2.0 NEXUS PLAYBOOK REFUND CLAUSES

The Nexus Playbook contains proprietary Windows optimization payloads and scripts. Licensing protocols dictate:

  • Digital Goods Policy: Because license keys and payloads are immediately delivered and activated upon purchase, Playbook licenses are non-refundable.
  • Security Terms: Any attempt to spoof, intercept, bypass, or block the authentication request between the client application and licensing servers will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your license key without refund.

// 3.0 REMOTE TUNING & OVERCLOCKING SERVICES

Our remote optimization packages (CPU, GPU, RAM, BIOS tuning, and diagnostics) involve professional time allocation and hardware safety checks:

  • Pre-Diagnostic Safety Check: If your PC fails our baseline thermal, PSU, or stability checks, we will not proceed with overclocking adjustments to protect your hardware. We will suggest cleanups, cooling adjustments, or provide troubleshooting assistance, and offer a full refund if a service cannot be completed.
  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your booking and request a full refund, or reschedule your appointment, up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled remote session.
  • Work in Progress: Once our technician connects via RustDesk and initiates the active hardware optimization process, the service fee becomes non-refundable.
