// 1.0 INFORMATION WE COLLECT

At Nexus, we collect specific data necessary to validate software licenses, protect intellectual property, prevent authentication bypasses, and deliver custom hardware optimizations. This information falls under two categories:

  • Hardware ID (HWID): An encrypted cryptographic hash computed from your system components (motherboard BIOS signature, CPU ID, and storage volumes). This is bound to your activation key to enforce seat limitations.
  • Telemetry and System Profiles: Information concerning CPU model, GPU model, memory configurations, chipset drivers, and active operating system build version. This enables our support staff and tool payload engines to debug hardware-specific compatibility errors.
  • Authentication Logs: IP address, timestamp, and application request tokens generated when the Nexus Tool checks licensing servers.

// 2.0 DATA RETENTION & HOW WE USE IT

The collected hardware signatures and parameters are stored securely on our encrypted servers. We use this data solely to:

  • Validate software usage rights and verify that seat license boundaries are respected.
  • Enable remote technicians to check system state during 1-on-1 tuning services.
  • Identify compatibility problems with hardware-level features (e.g. CPU PBO settings, motherboard BIOS revisions).
  • Improve the performance tweaking payloads of the Nexus Tool.

We do not sell, distribute, trade, or share your Hardware ID or system specifications with any third parties under any circumstances.

// 3.0 SOFTWARE PRIVACY & OPERATING SYSTEM SECURITY

Our playbooks and tweaking payloads modify Windows system configurations to improve latencies and disable standard telemetry endpoints. By executing our custom OS playbooks, you acknowledge that:

  • We completely block Microsoft telemetry connections to protect your local privacy.
  • All registry tweaks and system service modifications operate strictly offline on your computer.
  • No user files, keys, credentials, or personal documents are accessed or uploaded by our software.

// 4.0 SUPPORT & DISCORD INTEGRATION

Support is coordinated primarily via Discord. Any information shared with developers (system screenshots, latency benchmarks, configuration dumps) is utilized purely to troubleshoot performance drops. This information is deleted upon closure of the support ticket unless you authorize retention for future sessions.

// 5.0 SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE

We deploy standard security measures to protect licensing hashes and connection tokens from unauthorized access, loss, or manipulation. If you cancel your subscription or request deletion of your account, your HWID signature will be permanently scrubbed from our active license directory.
